The LIFTS were amazing 5 working all the time no waiting and so quick.

Now to the pool, it was excellent- not busy so we had heaps of sun lounges the spa and all amenities to satisfy ourselves. Nice view from balcony 11th floor,- some views from different rooms may not be as good. MIKAELER on reception was great sorting out parking and our room, we had a Corner Balcony Deluxe King room, and it was really nice big enough for 2 people for a few days bigger and better than we thought, - little nook for tea n coffee- bathroom more than adequate. Now firstly car parking was easy we had a bit of an idea where to go and it was a breeze, then to reception, - Now we were early and the only ones there and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. After reading some reviews we were a little worried about some things, but all went SO GOOD. We had 3 days stay at The STAR GRAND last weekend Sat 25th Sun 26 and Mon 27 March with a very good deal thru our STAR CLUB membership and everything went perfectly.
